Large Double room available in Central Hackney

My flatmates is sadly moving out meaning there is a room going in our Hackney flat from the 8th of August. Preferably looking for another flatmate age 24+ who is hoping to make the place a home!

Room: It is the largest room of the two with a double bed, wooden shelf and freestanding wardrobe. My flatmate has decorated the place but when he moves out, it will have plenty of potential to bring your own things and put your own spin on the space!

About the house: It's a 2 bedroom flat on a second floor. A very nice and spacious living room/ dining space with lots of sunlight. A kitchen that has plenty of space for two people, with a washing machine. Bathroom and toilet in two separate spaces very close to eachother, so will never have to worry about one being out of access if the other is in use.

Accessibility: 2nd floor with lift and stairs

Rent is £1175 month + bills usually coming to around £100-£125.

Location: Great central Hackney spot. Both hackney central and and hackney downs station under a ten minute walk away. Many useful corner stores nearby with a large Tesco 10 minutes away and a Lidl and Aldi 20 minutes walk.

Lots of lovely pubs + brunch spots super close by. Hackney downs park just up the road and 15 min walk to London Fields, perfect for the summer!

About me: Sian – 25 (she/her), currently working in the menswear tailoring industry. I love arts, theatre and live music. Enjoy a few a drinks in a bar/ pub just as much as a chilled night in with a film. Respectful of other people's space, but also hoping to find someone that wants to create a warm and social space! We have previously hosted a few dinner parties here and would love to keep that friendly vibe.
