My flatmate is moving countries and I’m now looking for a flatmate to come live with me at 8 Boat Lane.

- A cozy, tidy and spacious two bedroom-two bathroom ground floor flat. Open kitchen and living room.
- Room is furnished and comes with its own bathroom (not an ensuite tho)
- Rent is £1450 + £196 in bills (energy, wifi, water, council tax + fortnightly cleaner; (except Gas is variable every 3 months)
- Prime location near the canal, between Hoxton and Haggerston; 8 min walking distance from either overground; 20 min walking distance from Shoreditch; 12 min from Broadway Market/London Fields; 25 min from Viccy Park.

I’m looking for a flatmate that would like to make the flat feel like a home. Who is kind, open minded, enjoys to chill and hang, respects privacy but also has a sense of fun.

About me: I’m Maria, Portuguese born, raised abroad. Equal parts serious, silly, fun and deep. I work in advocacy — online & AI safety . I love pretty much the essentials— ie hanging with friends and family, being outdoors, running, travelling, eating out, arts & culture. Over the years Boat Lane has become a vibesy cozy place to host people over.
