Double room in 2-bed Hackney flat

My flatmate is moving out end of August and I need to find a replacement!

I’ve been in the flat for 3 years. Excellent location with Victoria Park and London Fields nearby. Fairly quiet and residential street. 8 min walk to London Fields overground and just under 20 min walk to Bethnal Green tube. Loads of bus stops nearby too.

The room comes with the bed, mattress and large mirrored wardrobe. Does not include chest of drawers or desk.

There is 1 bathroom and a large living room/kitchen area with balcony. It’s important to me to keep these shared spaces clean and tidy so looking for someone who agrees!

There is a washer/dryer and also a dishwasher.

I work from home 3 days so need someone who is considerate of this!

Love going to the gym, cinema, gigs but equally enjoy chilled time at home, would be nice to find a friend and not just a flatmate who might want to hang out every now and again :) but also super respectful of alone time/privacy!
