I'll be abroad for a few months and renting out my beautiful bright, modern 1-bedroom apartment in Hackney Downs from 15th of October for 4 weeks or longer (extension possible if you're interested in staying longer - could be a few months).

The apartment is spacious, light-filled, and well maintained, featuring a modern kitchen, balcony with open skyline views, and a calm, uncluttered feel throughout. It is fully furnished and available while I am away, making it ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable temporary home rather than a typical short-term rental. Sheets and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen - all available.

The flat is located directly opposite Hackney Downs Station, with fast connections to Liverpool Street and easy access to the City, Shoreditch, and central London. Hackney Central, London Fields, Broadway Market, lots of cafés, restaurants, and green spaces are all within walking distance.

Respectful, reliable tenants preferred.

Available for a minimum of a month but longer stays preferred, I could extend until mid February.
