🌞 Room Available in a Friendly Hackney Downs Flat

A bright and beautiful room is becoming available in our lovely three-bedroom flat in the heart of Hackney Downs.

The room is unfurnished, with exposed brick walls, original wooden floorboards, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The flat has everything else you need: three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area that's perfect for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We're also in a great location. Hackney Downs Park is right across the road, and Hackney Downs station just a 5-minute walk away.

We're looking for an easy-going, thoughtful and friendly person to join Ella (she/her) and Charlie (he/him). We both have our own friends and lives in the area, but we'd love to live with someone who's keen to build a good relationship. We enjoy a good catch-up, the occasional dinner or movie night, and heading out for a drink now and then. That said, we also really value each other's personal space and are looking for someone who enjoys a sociable home while appreciating the importance of having time to do their own thing.

The move-in date is 28th July, with some flexibility to move in earlier. Monthly bills come to approximately £108.
