I’m sub-letting my double room for 2 months as I’m going away on holiday.
From 1st August to 30th September.
It’s a good size double bedroom, quiet, comfy and cozy and has everything you need.
£600 pcm + bills (~£110 pcm)
The house is in a great location, next to nice shops, cafes, supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, M&S and a massive Tesco) and amazing restaurants. 12 min walk to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations and plenty of buses going pretty much everywhere.
All the housemates are lovely, very clean, considerate, friendly and respectful (some are vegan just as fyi), and there’s a cleaner twice a month for the communal areas.
