Room in London Fields loft

The flat is an old factory conversion with original wood floors and a big, open living room area.

The flat is a two-bed and you’ll be living with me, Kim (F, 30). I’ve been in this flat for four years living with a former partner.

The area is very lively and just a few mins from all the cafes, restaurants and bars in Broadway Market. London Fields and Victoria Park are also really close by, so there’s lots of green space near. London Fields Overground is a 7-min walk away and Bethnal Green underground about 15-20 mins walk (or short bus) so you’re very well connected.

I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and respectful of your space and things. I work from home 3 days a week, and the other 2 days in a museum in the City.

I’d love to actually be mates with whoever I live with and make use of all the pubs nearby! Also enjoy my downtime and chilling at home.

Some other bits:
– The room is technically unfurnished but you’re welcome to have the IKEA drawers and wardrobe in the photo for free if wanted – they’re mine and I’d just be getting rid of them otherwise! I think you can also request that the landlord provide you with a bed and mattress if needed.
– Council tax band C
– Water is included in rent (£20 a month each) and other bills (wifi, gas/electric, tv licence, council tax) roughly £130-150 each.
