2x Mates Looking for 3rd in 3-Bed House Share

Hello! We're Tom (29) and Miles (29), two mates from Bristol and Edinburgh looking for a 3rd person to join us for this 3-bed flat-share near Hackney Downs station.

We have this place lined up an need a 3rd person after a friend moved out (so we have first dibs!). We're happy to discuss any questions. :)

We're both very friendly, easy to get along with and work in sports marketing. We're active and enjoy sport (football, korfball, padel), cinema trips, gigs, pub quizzes and making the most of being in London. We'd love to have a housemate who's up for spending time together, but equally resepects each of our own space and downtime.

We're looking to find a friendly and considerate housemate - ideally someone 25-33 who shares a similar lifestyle, a good balance of being social and having their own space.
