I'm moving back to my home country, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely en suite room in this bright, modern house.

The room is spacious, full of natural light thanks to its five large windows, and features high ceilings, wooden flooring, and plenty of character. It comes with some storage, a table, and a fridge. There is also the option to purchase the bed frame and mattress if needed.

The house has 4 en suite bedrooms in total, so everyone has their own private bathroom. You'll be sharing with three friendly professionals (one woman and two men). We'd ideally be looking for another female professional to keep the current balance in the house.

The communal areas are a real highlight, with a huge, bright open-plan kitchen/living space that's perfect for cooking or relaxing, plus a large private terrace that's great during the warmer months.

Water and Council Tax are included.
The property is fully electric (no gas). Each bedroom has its own electricity meter, so you only pay for the electricity you personally use.
Electricity for the communal kitchen/living area is covered by the agency.
Wi-Fi is shared between the housemates and costs approximately £10 per month each.

Location

The house is just 5 minutes walk from Hackney Central and 7 minutes from Hackney Downs, right on vibrant Mare Street with its fantastic cafés, restaurants, shops, gyms and parks nearby.

Although you're in the heart of Hackney, the property sits within a residential complex, making it surprisingly quiet, peaceful and secure.

Availability

The room is available from 15 August, although I can be slightly flexible if you need to move in a little earlier.

The current rent applies until 7 September, after which it will increase to £1,200 per month.
