Great sized and bright double room located right beside Hackney Downs available from 31st August.

I am moving out of this lovely flat after two years to go travelling and looking for someone to take over my place on the lease.

Flat is located approx. 3 min walk from Hackney Downs park and 10 mins walk to both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations.

You’ll be living with two gals aged 31&32 both doing a mix of wfh and the office. The vibe of the house is chilled and respectful so looking for another gal who wants to continue that.

We have a separate living space which is great for Netflix binges and you would share the main bathroom with just one other.

Bills come to approx. £125 a month for council tax, electricity, gas, water and wifi. Can come unfurnished or I am happy to sell the furniture seen here for a price we can discuss. Looking for someone to take over the lease from 31st of August and please note you will need to pass the agency referencing checks.
