I’m really happy to be advertising this lovely double bedroom in my current flat, as my wonderful flatmate (and very good friend!) is moving in with her boyfriend. I’m looking for a new female flatmate to join me in this amazing home.

Ideally, you’ll be in your mid-20s to mid-30s, on a similar wavelength, and looking for a friendly, relaxed place where it feels like home — somewhere you can have your own space but also enjoy the occasional chat, coffee, or drink together !

The flat is in such a great location: Homerton Overground is around a 12-minute walk away, and Chatsworth Road is just a few minutes from the door with loads of lovely cafés, shops, pubs and restaurants. You’ll also be right by the canal and Hackney Marshes, with Victoria Park and Hackney Wick both nearby.

The flat is on the 9th floor with amazing views across the city, plus a balcony overlooking the canal and Hackney Marshes. It’s a very nice spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink 🌅
