Big spacious house in Homerton just off Chatsworth Road! Bills & CT included in rent.

Furnished first floor bedroom room at front of property.

Super chill house with a shared living room, mainly for storage and drying laundry.

Upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and downstairs toilet.

Plenty of storage.

Big kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers and shared pots pans and utensils.

Big back garden with flower beds but needs some TLC if you enjoy a bit of gardening.

Technically no pets allowed but we have had cats, dogs and snakes in the house before just on the DL.

Landlord/Letting agent leave us to ourselves, and are great when it comes to maintenance issues being fixed within 24-48 hours.

Lovely neighbours either side and below who are happy to take in a parcel when needed.

Lots of great coffee shops, pubs, parks and grocers around the area with Homerton station and plenty buses and lime bikes within walking distance.

Potential flatmate is anyone looking for a chill house, with a friendly vibe who likes to keep things clean and tidy. Not a sit down dinner/movie night kinda household at the moment but might change, we know whats going on in each others lives and make shared living in London feel as cosy as possible. Ideally LGBTQ+ or ally!
