Bright double room in the heart of Hackney

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my two-bed flat in Hackney, close to Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Central. All bills (including high speed internet, council tax and service charge) covered.

The room is a large bright double and comes part-furnished (bed, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, clothes rail). The room has a built-in cupboard for storage.

The flat is on the first floor in a quiet, family-oriented estate. It has a balcony and a large lounge-kitchen with wood floors and both fully outfitted.

The flat is in an excellent location. The bus stops directly outside that can take you to Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Dalston, Stoke Newington, Canary Wharf and others in 30 minutes or less. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Overground stations in London Fields (for access to Liverpool Street in less than 10 minutes), Hackney Central, and Homerton. Bethnal Green tube station is less than 30 minutes walking.

Well Street Common is a 1 minute walk; Victoria Park and Victoria Park Village are a 7 minute walk; London Fields, its lido and Broadway Market are a 10 minute walk; Hackney Wick, the canals and the Olympic Park are within a 25 minute walk.

I’m tidy and considerate and am looking for a housemate with a similar approach to share a chilled out and friendly space. I work from home (at a desk in my bedroom) for a couple of days each week, and would be open to someone with a similar hybrid arrangement -- but ideally not someone who is entirely remote.
