Large Double Room Available - Hackney

We're looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bed house in Hackney. The room is a large double and will be available from the end of August (although we can be flexible if you need to move a bit later).

A bit about us - we're three friends (2 guys, 1 girl, all 29–30) who've lived together in Hackney for the last three years. We work in insurance, property and media. We're looking for someone who's keen to get to know us and be part of the house, rather than just renting a room.

The house:

* Large double bedroom
* 2 bathrooms
* Spacious kitchen and living room
* Large south-facing garden
* Just off Chatsworth Road
* 10-minute walk to the canal
* 12-minute walk to Homerton Station

Bills are around £110 per month on top of the rent, and we split the cost of shared household bits like dishwasher tablets, washing pods and other essentials.
