We have a double bedroom available in our 4 bedroom apartment in Hackney.

Rent: £1178
Deposit: £1692.46 (SpareRoom doesn’t allow me to add the correct amount)
Bills are approx £150/month (this includes a fortnightly cleaner)
We are flexible on move in dates, it can between 23rd August and 5th September.

You’ll be living with myself and Faris, and we have one other room we are in the process of filling. We are looking for another girl to join our flat, it is important to us to keep the ratio. 50/50. We are often found watching a TV series together, or going to the pub for a pint.

About the flat...

This a top floor duplex flat with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the rest of the furniture pictured does not come with the room. We have underfloor heating and lots of storage space for any of the bulky things that you might want to store outside of your room. There is a huge living space, with an open-plan kitchen and balcony. We are located approx 5 mins from Hackney Central station.

About the room...
The room is part furnished with a bed and mattress and huge built in wardrobe space. As with the rest of the flat, it has underfloor heating and is well noise-insulated from the outside world so it's comfortable all year around! It has evening sun. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 others.

A bit about us...

I’m 28, I work as a Project Manager- I love to be organised lol. I enjoy baking and am often providing flat treats 🧁 I’m often found reading a fantasy novel. I like getting out to explore London with friends, love a pastry and a Pilates class. I am originally from NZ. I work from home a couple of days a week.

Faris, 38, works at Supreme. He's always out and about doing something athletic or socialising. Always keen for a Sunday night TV series and he makes the best cups of tea
