Spacious Double Room in a Friendly House – 3 mins from Hackney Central Station

A bright and spacious double room is becoming available in our lovely three-person house in the heart of Hackney (E9 6NS).

The room is unfurnished, allowing you to make it your own. The large mirrored wardrobe will remain, but all other furniture shown in the photos will be removed before you move in.

The house is spacious and has a large, cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a shared bathroom + extra toilet, and a large private garden with plenty of greenery – perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.

• 5-minute walk to Hackney Downs Station
• Walking distance to London Fields and Victoria Park
• Large Tesco just 1 minute away, plus plenty of cafés, restaurants, gyms and other supermarkets nearby.

There are currently two of us living here – one male🏳️‍🌈 and one female professional. It's a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a house share, and we're looking for another female professional who will be a good fit.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, open-minded, respectful and sociable, while also being clean, tidy and happy to take part in our simple household cleaning rota so everyone helps keep the house looking its best.

Bills are not included. As a guide, monthly costs are approximately:
• Council Tax: ~£67
• Water: ~£23
• Internet: £10
• Gas & electricity: paid via a top-up meter, so this varies depending on usage and is usually higher during the winter.

Viewings: We're planning to hold viewings between 7th and 9th August, but we're happy to be flexible if those dates don't work for you.
