It’s a four-bedroom house, shared with three friendly working professionals in their mid / late thirties:

* Baz, an IT technician
* João, an orthopaedic consultant

The house has a shared kitchen and but no living room, as well as a garden.

The rent is £575 - bills are around £100 - £200 per month depending on season.
