Double room in Hackney

Looking for a female flatmate to move into this lovely 2-bed 2-bath flat in Hackney East London!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. It has lots of space for storage (with the underbed storage as well) and you can easily fit a good sized desk for working from home.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment - this room is slightly smaller but you get the main bathroom (pictured) all to yourself (and for a room that is a good size already, this is such a bonus!). It’s well connected, about a 5 minute walk from Haggerston Station and 10 minutes from London Fields, and in a very safe residential area. The bus stop at the end of the road can get you to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes depending on traffic and there are lots of connections into central and west.

Monthly rent is £1,337.50 per month, which we pay in advance (so when you move, around 3 weeks would be paid to the tenant moving out). Bills come to roughly £150 a month (£80 council tax, £~55 energy (depending on month), £39 water, £~30 each for wifi and home insurance)

About me:
I’m a 33-year-old female originally from Shanghai. I graduated from art school currently working full time in accounting, going into the office around 2–4 days a week.

Outside of work, I love going to the gym, visiting exhibitions, exploring markets and trying out new restaurants and food!

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s personal space. I’m looking for a friendly, considerate female professional who is also working full-time and would like to share a lovely home together:)
