Hi there! I'm a live-in landlord (37M) renting a double room with ensuite. Located in E2, Haggerston/Hoxton area.

It's a bright, modern two-bed, two-bath place on the 4th floor with great views over the area and well connected.

🛏️ The room:
- Available now, 3 month minimum term
- Your own ensuite bathroom (I use the shared bathroom)
- Large windows with nice view (4th floor)
- Air conditioning
- Double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bookshelf and a built-in wardrobe
- Happy to buy an extra wardrobe / clothing rail if you'd like more storage

🏠 The flat:**
- Two bed, two bath, with a balcony
- 4th floor with a nice view over the area
- Right between Haggerston and Hoxton Overground stations which connect Liverpool street and Islington main stations, plus good bus links
- Several Santander Cycles and Lime bike docks close by
- Secure bike storage in building
- Near several parks and the canal
- Short walk to Broadway Market, Columbia Road flower market, Shoreditch and Dalston
- Lidl and a gym close by too

💷 Costs:
- £1,350 pcm, plus a deposit of one month's rent
- Bills included are council tax (band D) and a cleaner once a month (open to cleaner twice a month if you'd prefer and then split between us)
- Shared bills are split (water, electricity, internet, etc)

🧍 About me:
I'm originally from New Zealand but have been in the UK for about 8 years now. I like to cook, go to gigs, and I'm pretty social. Often out seeing friends or travelling at weekends.

I work as a user researcher for a bank and also do some consulting on the side, so I'm fairly busy with work. I'm WFH 2–3 days a week and also go to the gym regularly and am getting back into distance running.

I see the flat as a chill, tidy, and comfortable place day to day. But I'm up for the odd dinner party or having friends over for drinks with a heads up.

👋 Who I'm looking for:
Someone easygoing and considerate, probably a working professional like me, who prefers a clam flat.

I'd like us to get on and be friendly. I'm happy to chat, maybe have a drink, sometimes, that sort of thing.

No specific restrictions on gender or age, but no smokers or pets sorry.
