Sundrenched one-bed Hackney sublet

Looking for a person or couple to sublet my place whilst I'm away from 17 August to 5 September. You're welcome to stay for the whole period or one or two weeks. Open to price negotiation.

Flat is third floor walk up in building in Hackney central, one bedroom, gorgeous big living room and kitchen area, very spacious and bright light. The living room can be quite hot on sunny mornings, but cools off in the afternoon.

Great work from home set up with a standing desk and monitor.

Will leave you space on the clothing rack and in some drawers, but otherwise all my items will be there, so would like to have someone very respectful!! Also will need to help care for the plants!
