🏡 Double Room in Charming Hackney House

We've got a lovely double room going in our red-brick semi in Hackney, and we're looking for someone friendly and easygoing to join us.

The House
A warm, homely semi with a big kitchen (fully equipped, plus room to cook together), a cosy shared living/dining space with bay windows, and a peaceful garden with a palm tree — perfect for summer evenings. The bathroom is shared, spacious, and bright.

The Room
A large double with great natural light thanks to bay windows on the first floor of the house. Comes unfurnished.

Housemates
You'd be joining three of us — two women and one guy — working in environmental consulting, film, and tech. We're sociable and laid-back, and enjoy cooking together, the odd dinner party, and garden hangouts. Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and up for the occasional get-together.

Location
Hackney E9, on a quiet street near green spaces and good coffee. London Fields station is 5–10 minutes on foot.

Rent & Bills
£1,150 pcm. Bills not included — typically £70–150/month depending on usage.
