We’re looking for someone to take over my lovely ensuite double room in a beautiful 4-storey townhouse in Haggerston, just 1 minute from Regent’s Canal.
The house is bright, spacious and feels much more like a home than a typical London flatshare.

The house
The townhouse is spread across four floors:
1st floor: Entrance + your ensuite bedroom
2nd floor: Large living room, kitchen and terrace
3rd floor: Two bedrooms + shared bathroom
4th floor: Fourth ensuite bedroom + terrace
The living room and kitchen are big and bright, with plenty of space to hang out, cook and relax. There are also terraces on the second and fourth floors.

Location
The location is hard to beat:
1 min walk to Regent’s Canal
3 min walk to Haggerston Overground
Around 25 mins to Central London
10–15 min walk to Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market and Shoreditch
Lots of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and green spaces nearby

The flatmates
You’d be living with three kind, easy-going and fun flatmates, all in their 30s:
Angelina – BBC designer
Efty – works in fashion
Johann – lawyer

We’re ideally looking for another woman, mainly to keep the current 50/50 gender split, but we’re open-minded about this for the right person.
We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and sociable who enjoys having a nice home and getting along with their flatmates.
