Spacious double room available just a 2-minute walk to Hackney Downs station and a 5-minute walk to Hackney Central station, offering excellent transport links across London.

The room comes with great storage, including a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. It offers flexible furnishing options; it is currently set up with a single bed that has a second bed and mattress stored neatly underneath, but it can also be provided completely unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own setup.

The house features two bathrooms, so there are no morning queues or rushing. You will also have access to fantastic shared spaces, including a very spacious living room, a large kitchen with a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a large balcony perfect for fresh air. To keep things fresh and tidy, we also have a cleaner who cleans all the communal areas.

The layout of the flat is perfectly designed so that no noise from the kitchen or living room travels to the bedrooms, making it ideal if housemates' schedules do not align. You will be sharing with working professionals who have busy schedules; we enjoy a chat in the communal areas but highly respect everyone's privacy and quiet time.

All bills are fully included in the rent, including high-speed Wi-Fi. This room is ideal for a clean and respectful professional or student. While a single person is preferred, couples are welcome to share for a slightly increased rent price to cover the extra utility bills.
