I'm Tai and my friend is Isaac, we're both 23 year old men looking for someone to view one (or two) places with us near Hackney Downs! Both are 3 beds with lounges but no balcony, one in Eastdown House one in Crandale House (shoot me a message and I can link the ads, although I've attached images of the kitchens/lounges of each). One is 2,900 and the other 2,850 BEFORE BILLS, although based on the rooms the split might not be completely even.
About us:
Isaac is currently working in Insurance software, while I work in service and for a cultural heritage related firm on the side. We're both social and enjoy a pub night out, and also enjoy cooking and appreciate someone who's keen to have flat dinners occasionally. Both looking to put a little effort into the flat to make it nice (but without spending too much money).
