Lovely third roommate wanted — 3-bed flat in Hoxton/Haggerston
Hi! I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone lovely to take over my tenancy and room.
You’ll be living with two great flatmates, Yaz and Gigi. We’re after someone reliable, easy-going and sociable, who’s happy to hang out but also has their own life going on. We love exploring London and spending time with friends, and keep the flat clean and tidy. LGBTQ+ friendly.
The flat:
• £933/month each
• Spacious double room, furnished with a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe
• 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC
• Close to Haggerston Park, the city farm and Regent’s Canal
• Well-connected, with lots of cute cafés, bars and restaurants nearby
Move-in:
Looking for someone to move in from 5th September and start paying rent then, though I can be flexible within the month. You’d be retroactively added to the tenancy from 2nd September.
