We are Libby (25) and Stanley (25). We are friends living in a lovely 3 bed flat with a garden, separate living room, and kitchen. We are both professionals (in finance and creative industries!). There is one shared bathroom.

Our other friend had a last-minute emergency so she needed to back out - looking for someone to replace her as soon as possible🩵🩵

We’re very friendly and have our own social lives but love doing housemate activities. Stanley is currently living in the flat, but I will be moving in at the same time as the new roommate.

House interests include: travel, music, art, cooking, baking etc. We are both tidy, respectful, and considerate! We’re looking for someone friendly and hoping to make a home out of the flat.

The room:

- Large double room
- Fireplace and wood floors!!
- Huge windows with lots of natural light
- Plenty of storage in the room
- Partially furnished (will confirm what items are staying)

The house:

- On a residential street
- Separate kitchen and living spaces
- One bathroom
- Bills are roughly £160 a month pp
- Open Rent is the letting agency so we’d be signing a contract through them after referencing
- Has a private landlord who is very responsive to tenants needs

Amenities:

•15min walk to Clissold Park and Hackney Downs
•8min walk to Church Street
•6 minute walk to either Rectory Road station or Clapton station
•Safe area
•Good bus links
•Local tesco and sainsbury’s nearby

Move in date: October 11th would love to meet you asap! Deposit is one month’s rent. We are looking for someone long term as you would be joining us on the lease for one year.
