Hackney room for an all girls flat!

This is a room in Hackney for one person! In a peaceful residential area, with grocery stores and two overground stations nearby (Hackney Central and London Fields). There is also a lesbian bar just around the corner :)))

About the flat:

Room comes furnished with the bed, chest of drawers, and bookshelf. I can leave some of the other furniture behind for you if you'd like. The room is roughly 4.5 x 2.5 meters including a built in closet. The window fully opens!!

Bathroom, shower room and kitchen are shared with the other two flatmates. There is also a small balcony in the kitchen.

We are looking for:

Someone who is friendly and considerate about others' space (no loud music or parties)! And preferably queer 🌈

Rent and bills:

Rent is £638 for the room, and with bills added (wifi, water, gas and electricity, council tax), it is about £757. Bill payment responsibilities are split between everyone.

Move in dates:

The official move in date is the 5th of October, but you can move in as early as the 19th of September. If you would like to move in earlier, the rent for this period will be calculated per day (£638 divided by 30 days = £21 per day).

References:

There will be a reference check done by the estate agency before you get a contract for the room, which will begin on the 5th October. They are likely to ask for a landlords letter from the previous tenancy, 3 months bank statements and payslips, employment contract, and a deposit of one month's rent.
