Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my lovely flat in Haggerston from early November.

The flat is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, so you would have plenty of space and privacy. It’s in a really convenient location, just a short walk from Haggerston Overground Station and around 20 minutes walking to Old Street, with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.

The room is available for £1,250 per month, excluding bills.

You’d be living with me — I’m a 27-year-old Spanish professional and I’ve been living and working in London for around 3 years. I’ve lived in this flat for the past year and a half and really love it here. My current flatmate is sadly moving out at the beginning of November, so I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going to share the flat with.

I’d love to find someone who is happy to have their own space but also enjoys the occasional dinner, glass of wine or chat at home 😊
