Double Room available in Victoria Park, Hackney

Hey, I’m Issy, I’m 31 and work in climate tech. I’m mainly based at home, heading into the office once or twice a week, so I’m around but also really value having my own space and a relaxed home environment. Outside of work, I love travelling. I’m into DJing, art, music, festivals and generally discovering new places and experiences.

I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room for September, October and November. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who’s independent, respectful and enjoys having their own space, but is also up for being sociable and having a good chat/hanging out from time to time.

I’m pretty easy-going and like keeping the home a nice, chilled-out place to live. It would be great to find someone with similar interests - especially music, DJing, art, festivals and travel - so there’s a bit of common ground, but equally someone who is happy doing their own thing.

Budget: Rent p/m £1000 + bills (approx £250)

No students, suitable for people between 29-35 years old
