Sunny double room in sociable Hackney flat☀️

Hi guys,

unfortunately I have to move out of my lovely room, as I'm moving in with two of my best friends. It's a genuinely great room in a great spot, so I'd love to find someone nice to take it over.

The room
Around 3 × 4 m with a huge wardrobe, a double bed and a big south-facing window that fills it with sunshine all day. Carpeted and cosy and it works brilliantly as a space to work from home, which I do a lot.

The flat
Three of us share a large living room with a proper dining area, a balcony, a generously sized kitchen, a big hallway with room for bikes, one large bathroom and two toilets.

Your flatmates
Connor is a massive foodie and a bit of a gamer; Gavin is a (surprisingly fast) runner who's always off to a gig. We're easygoing, into exploring new places, football, the pub, and food and drinks with mates, that's most weekends sorted. We're after someone sociable who's up for pub and movie nights after work, though nobody here minds a quiet night in either.

The location
Right between London Fields and Hackney Central, five minutes to either. Super Tesco 2 minutes away, M&S 3, a small Sainsbury's 3. London Fields is a 5-minute walk, Victoria Park about 10.

The cost
£890/month including council tax, plus roughly £50–60 in bills depending on the month, so about £950–960 all in.
