Great room in London Fields flat available!!

I’m looking for someone to fill a room in my current flat in London Fields as I’m currently on the hunt for a new flat!

The room:
Is on the smaller side (estate agent might call it cozy), it still comfortably fits a double bed, chest of drawers, side table and has a built in wardrobe. There is some other storage around the flat that can be used as well if required. The window brings in some nice afternoon sun! When we initially moved in the flat was unfurnished but I’m sure we could work something out with the new potential tenant RE existing bedroom furniture.

Price:
Rent is currently £800 + bills which we do on a split wise account which is around 100 or less in summer. There is the potential when we swap tenancy the landlord will do a price review, which would put the rent to c. £840 a month (still very good for the area).

Move in dates / availability:
Move in date is not 100% nailed down as I’m still on the hunt for my next flat. It’s likely to be from October onwards - so would need there to be some flexibility on dates (hope you can appreciate!).

The flat:
It’s a 4 bed, 1 bathroom flat with the W/C in a separate room. The kitchen is finished to a good standard (with a lovely new oven since photos were taken), flows into a nice open plan living area and a small balcony.

The landlord:
Lives close by and has always been super helpful if we’ve had any issues with the flat.

The area:
It’s the perfect place to live, so many things right on our doorstep including Victoria park and London fields, and excellent corner shop and Lidl just over the road.

The housemates:
You’ll be living with 3 girls (Megan, Naimah and Ellie), all are a delight to live with! They’re ideally looking for someone who’s lived in shared housing before and who’d be able to fit into the house easily.
