Double Room - London Fields/Bethnal Green

I’m looking for a fellow LGBTQIA+ person or a fun cis het woman to join me in my flat share close to London Fields and Bethnal Green.

WFH welcome. I’m a civil servant, I work from my office Monday-Thursday.

I’m looking for a friendly, reasonable flatmate I’d want to occasionally hang out with, who’s also proactive with cleaning shared spaces.

Outside of work, I love to read and I’m studying Arabic. I’ve recently started getting into racket sports and hiking. Im a deeply average cook but trying to sort that out by aspirationally buying cookbooks.

It’s a furnished double room, the landlord is happy for you to paint it so long as it’s returned to neutral whenever you move out. The walls will be white again when you move in, as mine are.

I’ve been here for a year. The landlord is great, very reliable and by the book with repairs and financial stuff.

The flat is a reasonable size, the room is off the main road so there’s no noise from the street.
