Double room with ensuite

A bit about the room:

Extremely nice double bedroom with an ensuite available immediately (See pictures). Fully furnished. There isn't currently a desk, but there is one in the main living room and loads of space. I will either be working from the office or from a desk in my room. I have just moved in and looking to split the rent.

The flat itself is relatively luxury with good finish, appliances and furniture. Also underfloor heating and very good light during the day.

It's located a few minutes walk away from Hoxton station and right next to Columbia Road. On the 4th floor so reasonably quiet etc.

Rent is £1,675. Council tax and WiFi around £100 pm and then plus whatever for utility bills.

About me:

I am 34, work in finance and lived in Hackney for 3 years prior to living in the US for a year. I have just got back so need to find someone to take the spare room.

I'm pretty easy going and chill, will ideally have a cleaner come routinely and want to keep a tidy space.

I'm usually busy with my routine, work, gym and social life and already have a good friendship group around the area. Happy to be friends with whoever moves in and ideally will get along but not a requirement for us to hang out all the time etc.

Weekdays, I'm usually focused on work and the gym and at weekends, I'll probably be out with mates or watching football.

About you:

A professional in their late 20's, early 30's. Clean and tidy and just easygoing is all I ask for.
