Double room in spacious flat in Hackney

I'm leaving our 2-bedroom flat near Homerton station / across from Homerton Hospital so we're looking for someone to take over my lease.

It's a modern and pretty spacious flat with two bedrooms, a big bathroom with toilet and bath, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a living room.

Looking for a working professional who is chilled, generally clean, respectful of shared spaces and not super loud/partying all the time/etc. My housemate work from home regularly.

The flat is furnished, but there will space for some other furniture, so we can coordinate if you'd be bringing anything with you.

Bills are about £150/month (of that, council tax is £63.50, £127 in total for the flat).
