Double Room in detached house on Victoria Park

Hi,

I’m moving on from my bright large double room in a rare detached house right on Victoria park and looking to fill the room.

The house is amazing with a gravel garden out the front and a sunken patio at the rear on a quiet street. There’s a large open planned kitchen living room on the bottom floor with loads of storage space and a gas hob.

The room is on the top floor with large windows meaning it gets so much light, there is also a bathroom is shared with the 2 rooms on the same floor.

The house works well and is big enough to never feel too busy. The other housemates are really lovely and are social but also respectful of people’s space. 2 of the house mates are doctors and the other 2 are in sales and mostly work in the office with the occasional work from home days. They are looking for someone similar.
