Beautiful flat 5 minutes from Victoria Park

There's a space opening up in our lovely home, in a recently refurbished flat in Hackney Wick, a 5-minute walk from Victoria Park, and within easy reach of Hackney Marshes and the Queen Elizabeth Park in Stratford.

You'll be living with Ashley, 30, who works in science communications (mostly in the office) and enjoys cooking, reading, football and the arts, and who can induct you into the Way of Coffee in the area (and maybe The Way of Pints, too).

You're well connected to the rest of London via the Mildmay line which is a 10-minute walk, as well as the various buses that run from the bus stop, which is a 1-minute walk from the flat.

There is bike-parking within the building - we have some good neighbours.

The flat is furnished, but if you have your own stuff that can be worked out.

You'll need to pass referencing checks with the landlord, but that's pretty standard these days.
