We have one spare room in our 3 bed flat in Hackney.
We are looking for someone to move in from the 1st of November to replace a departing housemate who left to return home for family issues.
The 2 of us currently living here are both 23 year olds guys, working in the city for the last year. Our weekends mostly consist of watching the football and going for a beer in the great local pubs.
The flat has 1 bathroom we share, a large living room, a spare room we use for storage, fully equipped kitchen. The room is a good size, comfortable holds a double bed, large wardrobes with some spare space.
