Bright room for rent in Hackney!

Looking for a new flatmate to take over my double bedroom in Hackney Downs! ✨

The room is bright, spacious and furnished. ☀️ Comes with a bed, wardrobe, shelving unit and small set of draws. The living room is large and comfortable, complete with plants and a large window that looks out onto the courtyard. 🪴
The bathroom and kitchen were recently updated so are modern, clean and in good condition. 🏠

📍The flat is in a prime location. Walking distance to nearest stations Hackney Downs (5 mins) Hackney Central (10 min). Hackney Downs park is 1 min walk away.

Current flatmates are Joe & Joel. Both recently turned 40 and are wonderful to live with. Joe works in fashion as a videographer/Editor and Joel is a freelance design carpenter. They both love their music and have large vinyl collections, enjoy going to gigs, being active, having the occasional pint with friends, as well as cooking and chilling in the flat. 🎵👨‍🍳🍺🏃‍♂️

Looking for someone in their 30’s who is also into music.
