Hello everyone,

We live in a lovely, cosy flat that’s in a perfect location in Hackney. It is literally only a few meters away from the 26 bus that takes you straight to the centre of London. Also, it is only 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria Park Village with great coffee shops and restaurants and if that’s not enough, London Fields and Broadway Market are just 10 minutes away in the other direction. Tesco and Lidl are close by too and if you feel super lazy, there is a corner shop right next to the flat. The flat also has a living room, so there is more than enough space, so we can all feel very comfortable. There is also an amazing and huge terrace, even though it’s a little bit cold at the moment, it is still nice to be able to sit outside and, in the summer enjoy the sun. We also have a ping-pong table on our terrace, so plenty of fun and perfect for barbecues.

Double Room

There is a double room available in our lovely flat. It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed but stuff can be moved around if you prefer. The room doesn’t have a desk at the moment but our landlord is usually accommodating so something can be sorted. The room is amazingly warm in the winter and gets plenty of sun throughout the day. There are hangers outside the room just for you and there is extra space available in the living room as well, if you need more storage.

About us

You’ll be living with, Colm (39) and Ivana (31) as well as Morty the cat. All three of us are pretty laid back and tidy (though Morty is a little lazy!). Both Ivana and Colm are currently working from home (Ivana hybrid) , so our flat is quiet and peaceful over the week but we also don’t mind getting a bit loose over the weekend with a few drinks or some food. We’re simply looking for a person that is tidy, considerate and that we can all get along with and share our home. Hopefully you will be able to get to know us better when you come for a viewing.

* Bus to Liverpool St from right outside takes 30 minutes as well as other buses into the city nearby.
* Hackney Central Overground – 15 minute walk.
* London Fields Overground - 10 minute walk.
* Homerton Overground – 10 minute walk
