Spacious and bright room 100m from Broadway Market

Hello!

We have been living in this gorgeous 2-bed flat for 2 years and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, our flatmate is sadly moving out to move back home. So we are looking for someone to fill their room.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of an ex-council building and has been well taken care of. It is located around the corner from Broadway Market.

The bedroom is a large bright double room with a view onto the canal. The room comes with a bed frame and mattress. The flat includes a seperate living room, spacious kitchen, airy bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony which also has a view of the canal.

The bedroom is £1,000 pcm. Bills are approximately £300 total, which would be split by 3 (this includes electricity, water, gas, wifi and council tax).

We are looking for someone who we can get along with and make this place feel homely.

We have been told by the real estate agent that professionals are preferred.

A bit about us:

We have both moved from Melbourne, I’m an engineer and WFH 2-3 days a week. Tessa is 28 and works in healthcare.

We love cooking, being outdoors, picnics, socialising, bike packing and camping. We are super keen to continue to explore everything that London has to offer and would love to do it with our new housemate.

In terms of living, we are both relaxed/clean and would like to live with someone on the same wavelength.
