Double room in Hackney w garden!

Hello,

We are Will and Annie and we live in a three bed, two floor flat close to Hackney Central and London Fields. We are looking for someone to take our third room which will be available from December 6th.

The flat is bright and spacious and we have a decent sized garden which has space to grow some vegetables, some outdoor seating and a small BBQ. The living room and kitchen are both a good size and are both nice spaces to relax in. Our current housemate might be taking the TV and dining room table with him so we may need replace these, and there is plenty of space to store a bike if you cycle.

The available room is a good sized double with lots of built in storage. We think it will come unfurnished but the current housemate may leave the bed and/or desk, we will let you know asap. There is plenty of space for you to work from home from the room if needed. You will share a good size bathroom with Will.

Transport wise are five minutes from Hackney Central and under 10 minutes from Hackney Downs, and have a bus stop right outside the front door. London Fields is a short walk away as are Mare Street and Dalston, and there are plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs close by.

Currently the rent and bills come to £880 pcm, and this includes a fortnightly cleaner as we like to keep the place clean and tidy. The rent may increase in the new year but currently we have not been made aware of this.

We're a sociable and friendly house so ideally we'd like someone looking for similar. Will works for a charity and almost always from home, although he spends about 2-3 months travelling for work each year. Annie is a nanny so spends most the of the day during the week out of the flat. We enjoy have people round for dinner, on weekend and for BBQs in the summer. We respect each other’s privacy and both have busy social and work lives, but also really enjoy hanging out together when we get the chance. This can be over a glass of wine in front of the telly or out at the pub with our respective groups of friends.
