Im sadly leaving my beautiful room in a friendly and calm house one street off of Hackney Downs.
The room comes furnished, with a view of the private garden we have full access to. There are two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a shared living room.
The rent is £830 and covers all bills including a cleaner twice a month.
The deposit is £670.
The roommates, who are friendly, chill and super welcoming are, Jono an illustrator, Cristina, an accounted from Spain, and Rich who owns a comic book shop!
If you're not familiar with the area, the house is located 10 mins walk from Clapton/Stoke Newington and 15 mins from Hackney/Dalston, with Rectory Road Overground station only a 5 minute walk away.
