Double room to rent

Hiya!
Our current flatmate is moving out of the flat and we’re looking for someone to take his room.
A little about us: I’m 27, Italian, vegan, and I’m an Event Manager. I work mostly in the office, but when I’m home I love to socialise and spend time with my flatmates. Andreja is 44, Croatian, and she’s a Fashion Designer (she has her own brand!!). She is also mostly out of the house but loves to spend time chatting in the evening. We have a very good relationship and although we’re really sad our flatmate is moving out, we’d like someone who enjoys socialising and takes care of the house to move in with us.
As we both are quite often out for work during the day, we’d like someone who doesn’t wfh, and also who is willing to keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.
The flat is very spacious, all the rooms are big and with loads of natural light.
