We’ve got a gorgeous, generously sized room coming available in one of the best spots in East London — right between London Fields and Victoria Park. Honestly, the location could not be better.

The location:

* 2-minute walk to both London Fields & Victoria Park!!
* London Fields Overground on your doorstep, with Hackney Central nearby
* Bethnal Green Underground close by
* A stone’s throw from Broadway Market, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby

The room:

The room itself is a really great size and gets absolutely gorgeous natural light throughout the day (the current flatmate leaving is very keen on selling the furniture too — most of it is pretty much brand new — will do for a great price!!)

The house:

* Large living room with a dining area
* Lovely private backyard
* 1 bathroom + a separate toilet (so 2 toilets!)
* Spacious, comfortable communal areas
* A really nice balance of being social and homely, while still being a relatively quiet house

The housemates:

You’d be sharing with Laura (30), Rosie (29) and Fynn (28). All very sociable — someone’s always doing something — so the house is often pretty quiet :)) but when we’re all in we’ll chill together

£1,100 per month / £1,300 including bills

The bills include a cleaner as well as a little contribution towards a household fund for general things we need for the house, so everything is kept nice and easy.

Move-in: from now
The lease will be signed/renewed at the end of October.
