Beautiful room overlooking Hackney Downs — own bathroom, gym & pool

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a beautiful two-bedroom apartment overlooking Hackney Downs. My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The apartment is in a lovely new-build development with a gym downstairs, a swimming pool open during the summer months, a sauna and a coffee shop downstairs. It’s a beautiful place to call home, with lovely views over the park.

The bedroom show is mine and has an en suite. Your bedroom is very similar, and you would have your own separate bathroom with a bathtub. I’m happy to share more pictures on WhatsApp!

The flat will be unfurnished, so I’m looking for someone who is happy to sign the main tenancy agreement and would potentially be interested in furnishing the flat.

A little about me: I’m a lawyer and am hoping to relocate abroad, so I need some flexibility around my longer-term plans. However, I wouldn’t move out before March.
