Perfect Hackney Sublet

I will be away over Christmas and looking to sublet my large room in my Hackney flat.

The largest room in the house, it has an ensuite, and your own balcony and is well set up for working from home, with a desk that can be folded away when not in use.

It's available 13 Dec to 23 Jan (6 weeks) with some flexibility, but I'm ideally looking for someone to stay for at least 4 weeks. I will cover the utilities etc. while you are here, including the cleaner who comes every two weeks.

You will be living with 3 girls in their late 20s-early 30s who all work hybrid. We are friendly and social, and looking for someone who will fit in even for a short time. We often have chats in the kitchen at night, and go for morning coffees or watch movies together. The girls are wonderful and a real highlight of living in the house.

We are ideally located in a code gated laneway off Mare Street, with a big Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's local, and Iceland, as well as a good number of small shops, all within about 3 minutes walk from the front door. A cleaner comes every two weeks

We are also 4 minutes walk from Hackney Central Station (Mildmay Overground) and 10 minutes walk from Hackney Downs Station (Weaver Overground to Liverpool st) as well as numerous bus lines.

This would be an ideal landing spot if you want somewhere over Christmas or are moving to London and need somewhere to land. I've put a lot of effort into making my room homely, and would like to find someone who will appreciate the space!
