Hi! I'm moving out, so my room is free from 10 November (16 November works too).
The flat is right next to London Fields and Broadway Market, which has lots of great food stalls, cafes and shops. Victoria Park is a 20-minute walk away, and there are plenty of pubs and venues around the corner, so there's always something going on.
Getting around is easy: London Fields station is less than 10 minutes' walk, Hackney Central is 15 minutes, and Bethnal Green is 15-20 minutes.
You'll live with my flatmates, Miro and Vito. They're both really clean, easy-going and friendly, and the flat has a relaxed, happy feel. You'll share the bathroom with Miro only.
I'd love to find someone to take over my room long term. The ideal move-in date is 10 November, when the rent is due, but 16 November works too. A sublet of at least 1 month is also open for discussion.
