We’re heading away over the holidays and are looking for someone to enjoy our flat while we’re gone.

The flat is just steps from Columbia Road Flower Market and Haggerston Park, with Broadway Market just down the road. Shoreditch and Dalston’s buzzing nightlife are within easy reach, and Angel is also within walking distance.

Our two-bedroom flat is a comfortable, character-filled home with space to relax, work and make yourself at home. The main bedroom features a super king bed and en-suite with a shower, and there’s a second full bathroom with a bath tub.

There’s also a dedicated home office with an air mattress that sleeps two, which is handy if you have friends or family visiting over the holidays. The cozy living room has a sofa where an additional guest can sleep, if needed. With two separate workspaces (including a standing desk in the living room) it’s also a great base if you’re working remotely.

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, complete with a gas hob, and the living room is the perfect spot to unwind with a book or a film on Netflix. Feeling energetic? There’s also a Peloton if you fancy a spin!

One particularly handy perk: the flat is located directly above a Tesco Express, so picking up groceries, snacks or any last-minute essentials couldn’t be easier. It also helps keep the flat lovely and warm, which is a real bonus in December and January.

Our home is a pretty true reflection of us: a Canadian and British couple who have called London home for the better part of a decade. You’ll find plenty of books, houseplants and little trinkets collected along the way. It’s a lived-in, personal space with a cozy feel rather than a cookie-cutter rental, so we’re looking for someone who’ll treat it with care [and keep the plants alive!].

Whether you’re here to explore London over the festive season, enjoy the neighbourhood’s cafés, markets and nightlife, or simply find a welcoming place to settle in for a few weeks, we hope you’ll feel right at home.
