Spacious and cosy double rooms available in a Vict

Cosy double room in a 3-bedroom Victorian House, in a quiet and amazing location. We have a front garden and a large rear garden, close to bus stops and the cafes and shops of Chatsworth Rd, which is a 5-minute walk away- you’ll be living with me the landlord, and one other. We are in our mid-30s and to balance our house out – we are ideally looking for a guy to move in.

The house has a nice living room, a massive kitchen, and a bathroom upstairs, with plenty of living space, and the room has recently been refurbished.

We are a friendly household, respectful of each other’s privacy, looking for a working professional, who is not working from home. Because of the rise in bills – which we will split - this is really important. My attitude to heating over winter is to be reasonable to warm the house in the mornings and evenings, but the heating won’t be on so much it makes us feel like we are on a tropical island.

Our new roomie should have their own life going on in London – we like to get along, and sometimes hang out, but if you looking to move in and make new best friends, we probably are not the house for you.

We are quiet during the week, and on the weekends we may have friends over for dinner, or around before going out – but we are always respectful of each other with our plans. We are not a party house.

I do have a beautiful cat called Midnight, so you would need to be cat-friendly, but that also means I am not looking for anyone with pets themselves. No smokers, no couples.

The room is £750+ bills or (£825 inclusive of all bills), which vary a little between Summer and the cooler months due to energy use. The Bills to be split are gas, electric, water, and wifi. We also get a cleaner in once a fortnight, and we have a kitty to pay for things like loo roll, cleaning stuff, and kitchen basics.
