Current tenants are all friendly, male and mid 20's. We enjoy socialising, occasional week-night drinks, and having music, film and game nights. On the weekend we sometimes enjoy what nightlife London and the nearby areas has to offer (i. e. London Fields & Hackney Wick), or meet up with friends in Victoria Park & London Fields. We are all round pretty chilled out people who work standard office hours, sometimes WFH, and are all very accommodating.

Ideally, we are looking for someone similar (male or female), clean and respectable that is up for a laugh and a few drinks every now and then.
